Jaipal Panga

I am Jaipal Reddy Panga working as Postdoctoral Fellow (infectious disease bio-marker and proteomics) at Institute for Systems Biology, Seattle. My major focus is to discover early disease diagnosis bio-makers for Tick-borne infectious diseases. I am working on quite a few clinical isolates of lyme causing bacteria isolated from different parts of USA and doing multi-omic analysis such as genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics to understand the disease and design diagnostic markers.
