The current focus of my research is to understand the neuronal networks of psychiatric disorders, (obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, attention deficit disorder etc) using a combination of chemogenetics, whole-brain in vivo imaging and behavioral tests. As well as understanding the mechanisms of serotonergic activity in relieving symptoms of these disorders. My previous work has focused on development of preclinical imaging agents for positron emission tomography and in vivo optical imaging, as well as pharmacokinetics and drug delivery.
