Bio
Éamon O’Connor received the B.E. degree in 2002, and the M.Eng.Sc. degree in 2005, from University College Cork, Cork, Ireland. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with Tyndall National Institute, Cork.
His research is focused on the formation of devices employing high-k dielectric materials on high-mobility III-V compound semiconductors for future CMOS applications, in particular, the passivation and characterization of electrically active defects at the high-k/III-V interface.
