I am Nii Korley Kortei, Ph.D., an Associate Professor of Food Science in the Dept. of Nutrition and Dietetics, University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho, Ghana. I do research in Food Science (Food Microbiology and Food Irradiation/Radiation Processing). My research focuses on Food-borne Fungal contaminants, Mycotoxins and their Risk Assessments in Foods, Fungal Biotechnology, and Heavy Metals contamination of foods.
