I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Dental Science in the year 2017 from Santosh University, Delhi-NCR. I am currently working as a scientist and researcher at Virology Unit, Division of Epidemiology and Communicable Diseases, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW). I am a certified WHO Immunization Scholar Level 1 for Immunization Agenda (IA 2030) organized by Geneva Learning foundation given by WHO Hq., Geneva. I am also acting as a Research Consultant Head for (India Dental Research Foundation (IDRF) at IDA (Indian Dental Association) headquarters. Also, I have successfully completed “Health Research Fundamentals” course with a score of 65% under ICMR-NIE and IIT madras organized by NPTEL and funded by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. I am also a committee expert member of Dentistry sectional committee, Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Since 2019, being part of the National Rapid response COVID-19 team constituted by ICMR Hqs., I am accountable for Government TrueNat/CB-NAAT laboratories approvals for COVID- 19 diagnosis across all states in India and preparing guidelines for TrueNat testing for COVID- 19 diagnosis in the country. I have published multiple articles in high impact factor peer reviewed journals. At ICMR, I am handling the project named MAIDI (Mobile Application for Immunization Data in India) which is being piloted in multiple states in India to improve the Immunization coverage at rural and urban areas. In the project, I am responsible for conducting trainings of the HCWs (ASHA/ANM/AWW) in India in immunization field and providing guidance in the development of m-course modules for the understanding of the immunization in multi-language among the healthcare workers and beneficiaries.
