Natalie Ceperley

My research focuses on the interplay of biological and hydrological systems, for example the hydrologic consequences of changing vegetation or the interplay between waterborne diseases and hydrology. I previously worked in the West African savanna and I currently work in the European alps. I have an early interest in cultural perceptions of environmental change, traditional environmental knowledge, and environmental management as a tool for development. I have experience using stable isotopes of water, micrometeorological equipment, and social and ecological surveys.
