Naotaka Kuroda

Naotaka Kuroda received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in electrical engineering from Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan, in 1985 and 1987, respectively. In 1987, he joined the Central Research Laboratories, NEC Corporation, Kawasaki, Japan, where his research work was focused on the research and development of III–V and II-VI compound semiconductor devices. In 2011, he joined ROHM Co., Ltd., Kyoto, Japan. He is currently with the Research and Development Center of the company. His current research interests include the modeling of wide-bandgap semiconductor power devices (SiC and GaN) and simulation for the electro-thermal and electromagnetic compatibility design.
