Currently working on a new method for measuring the fundamental effective temperatures of stars in eclipsing binaries. I use multi-wavelength photometry in NUV, optical and NIR bands, parallaxes from Gaia and optical spectroscopy. My research interests include eclipsing binaries as high quality benchmark stars for the upcoming PLATO mission, constraining stellar theory with observations of binary stars, UV and optical photometry of stars, and interactions between exoplanets and their stars.
