Muhammad Azhar Nadeem

I am working on Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) aiming to identify genomic regions associated with traits of interest and utilization of identified genomic regions for marker-assisted breeding. Moreover, my research interest also includes plant molecular biology, plant breeding and genetics, genetic diversity assessment, germplasm characterization, their conservation, and phylogenetics of various crops, especially legumes and cereals.
