Bio
Sophie Morales is a research engineer at the CEA-Grenoble in the Laboratory of Innovative Sensors (lab within the Leti). Her research interests are in the field of atomic magnetometers. She is involved in the SWARM space mission that is designed to measure the magnetic signals that stem from Earth’s core, mantle, crust, oceans, ionosphere and magnetosphere. Currently she is in charge of the program that aims at miniaturization of helium atomic magnetometers for space or medical applications.
