M. Laureati is associate professor in Sensory and Consumer Science at the Department of Food, Enviromental and Nutritional Sciences DEFENS, University of Milan. M. does research in Sensory and Consumer Science, Food Science and Technology. Her main field of study is children eating behaviour, with specific attention to the chemosensory and psychological barriers to healthy and sustainable eating. Her current project is 'Italian Taste. A project of the Italian Sensory Science Society.'
