Minhao Pu

Minhao Pu received the B.Sc. degree from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2005, the M.Sc. degree in photonics from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree in photonics from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, in 2011. He is currently a Senior Researcher with DTU Electro, Department of Electrical and Photonics Engineering, Kongens. His research interests include integrated silicon and III-V photonics, nonlinear optics, optical signal processing, optical frequency combs, and nano-fabrication. He is the author of more than 170 peer-reviewed publications and 37 invited talks at international conferences. He is a Member of the technical program committee for international conferences, including the Conference on Lasers and Electro-optics (CLEO)-US, CLEO-Europe, congress on Integrated Photonics Research, and Asia Communications and Photonics conference. He was the co-recipient of the European Innovation Council Horizon Prize for breaking the optical transmission barriers in 2016. He was also the recipient of the European Research Council Starting Grant in 2019.
