I am working as a Scientist at ICAR-Central Potato Research Institute, Shimla, India. Presently I am working in the area Glycemic Index (GI) and Resistant Starch of Potato. Our team is trying to reduce GI of potato and other starchy crops by various processing techniques. My area of research is also on the aspect of nutritional composition as well as biotic and abiotic stress management in staple crops.
