My current interest is studying refractive scattering substructure in AGNs using SVLBI observations performed with RadioAstron space radio telescope together with superior ground-based antennas including Effelsberg, Arecibo, and the GBT. With ground-space fringe detections on baselines ranging from < 1 ED (Earth diameters) to 14 ED, it is possible to constrain the model of the AGNs observed and to see if largest-baselines detections fit into these models or have to be explained by scattering.
