Currently the most of diseases has too many possible drugs to treat the disease. This fact could be considered an advantage, however synthesis and purification of the final drugs need too much money and time. To solve this problem, many researches do an in silico study to reduce the number of candidates drugs. This type of studies are known as bioinformatic techniques. Although these type of tools seems to be almost perfect, they have a big problem, algorithms and calculations that are necessary to evaluate correctly the drugs needs a huge computational power. Due to this, this tools are running on supercomputers, also people what work with this computers needs to a background in biology/chemistry and programming. I am one of this type of people that have the two backgrounds: when I cursed my degree of Biochemistry, I learned so knowledge about different pathways of biology and function and structure of the different type of drugs. Later I cursed my master of Bioinformatic where I improved my programming skills in Python or Bash languages. Also, in both universities I learned about molecular modelling. Finally, I have started my PhD of molecular modelling in the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM). In this university I am working with the group of Bioinformatic and High Performance Computing (BIO-HPC).
