Mike Fisher has stepped up as Northeast Regional Manager for Geo-Solutions. In his new role, Mike will provide project direction for special projects and oversee the project management group in the northeast as well as Geo Solutions'company-wide Project Management administration. Mike started as a Project Engineer for Geo-Con (now a part of Geo-Solutions) back in 1994 straight out of college. Mike holdsBachelor's and Master's Degrees in Civil Engineering from theUniversity of Pittsburgh and has amassed 25 years of experience in the specialty geotechnical and environmental industries. He has co-authored several publications and articles on various types of geotechnical techniques including the construction of self-hardening slurry cutoff walls, permeable reactive barrier installation using zero valent iron, and the design and control of slurry wall backfill mix for groundwater containment. He joins an already experienced staff.
