I am a health and health education researcher with a background in the Social Sciences and Health Sciences. My research interest is people's experiences of health, illness, health education, health services and health interventions, and how we can use these experiences to improve people's health, wellbeing and quality of life, and also to shape better practice. I have used a range of qualitative and mixed-methods research approaches. I have worked across various topics including mental health.
