Matthew Cox

Matthew Cox is a member of the Senior Professional Staff with the Space Exploration Sector at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. He currently is on the Mission Operations Team for NASA's STEREO program as well as being the RF subsystem lead on the program. Mr. Cox also works on RF Operations for the Parker Solar Probe, Europa Clipper, and DART programs. He received his B.S. in physics and math from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2009. Mr. Cox also received a M.S. in applied physics from Johns Hopkins in 2011, and a M. Eng in nuclear engineering from the University of Maryland in 2013. He is also currently pursuing a PhD in plasma physics from the University of Maryland.
