Matthew Kaufman

I am interested in river corridor ecosystem science in general, and hyporheic zone biogeochemistry more specifically. I enjoy being involved in multidisciplinary teams synthesizing fieldwork, data processing and analytics, modeling, and lab experiments. My current focus is developing novel field and lab sensors and techniques for assessing river corridor metabolic redox processes.
