个人简介
The culture of marine fish and invertebrates is often challenged by our ability to deliver complete nutrition to these organisms. This is particularly difficult because, unlike terrestrial models, the feed must pass through the aquatic environment and is therefore prone to nutrient losses due to leaching and other processes. The primary aim of my research is to utilize microencapsulation techniques to better understand the role of water-soluble nutrients for marine organisms.
