Daisuke Matsushita

Daisuke Matsushita received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in crystalline materials science from Nagoya University, Aichi, Japan, in 1996, 1998, and 2001, respectively. He joined the Advanced LSI Technology Laboratory, Corporate Research and Development Center, Toshiba Corporation, Yokohama, Japan, in 2001, where he has been involved in the research on performance enhancement and reliability issue of MG/HK stacks. His current work includes emerging nonvolatile memories.
