Filipe Martinho

I am a researcher at the Centre for Functional Ecology - University of Coimbra, Portugal. My research focuses on the ecology of early life stages of marine fishes, nursery habitat use patterns and the factors that influence their connectivity between the ocean and estuaries. I have also delved into the effects of climate change and extreme weather events on estuarine fish species.
