Mario Montagud

Mario Montagud Climent was born in Montitxelvo, Spain. He received the B.Sc. degree in telecommunications engineering the M.Sc. degree in telecommunication technologies, systems and networks, and the Ph.D. degree (Cum Laude Distinction) in telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), in 2011, 2012, and 2015, respectively. He has experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher with UPV and CWI, The National Research Institute for Mathematics and Computer Science, The Netherlands. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher with i2CAT Foundation, Spain, and a part-time Professor with the University of Valencia. He has (co)author of over 100 scientific and teaching publications and has contributed to standardization. He is currently involved in many regional, national and European projects. His topics of interest include computer networks, interactive and immersive media, media synchronization, and quality of experience. He is member of the Organization and Technical Committee of many international conferences, and of the Editorial Board of international journals.
