个人简介
Prof. Dr. Mario Aranda is Associate Professor from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. After his PhD studies in Germany, he established the Laboratory of Advanced Research on Food and Drugs at the Faculty of Pharmacy from University of Concepcion. His interest research areas are: Food Science, Functional Foods, Nutraceutics, Food Contaminants, Food Biotechnology (Bioprocesses) and development of new analytical methods to evaluate different kind of molecules in foods. From October 2019, his lab moved to Department of Pharmacy from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
