Maria de Lurdes Enes Dapkevicius

I am a member of the IITA-A research institute at the University of The Azores (Portugal). I'm currently working on the microbial ecology of Azorean extreme environments and Azorean traditional foods and on the bioactivities of microorganisms from these habitats. Under the scope of the One Health concept, the extent and spread of antibiotic resistances in foods and in the environment is also one of my research interests.
