Working on assessing the prognostic and predictive potential of immune markers in oesophageal adenocarcinoma, using flow cytometry, digital pathology and pathological assessment methods. Also involved in developing an information platform for public education on research. Current research interests include: innate T cells, gastrointestinal inflammation and disease, cancer, antigen presentation, personalised medicine, and translational cancer immunology.
