I am Marco Sergio Erculiani. In 2011 i graduated in Astronomy at the University of Padova with a thesis on interferometry and adaptive optics sensors. In 2013 i won a PhD grant at CISAS-Centre of Studies and Activities for Space. In my PhD and Post-doc experience i conducted laboratory studies in order to understand how the presence of photosynthetic bacteria can impact the gaseous abundances of earth-like planets orbiting around the habitable zone of M-type stars.
