Mamta Arya

Scientist in Plant Genetics at ICAR-NBPGR and heading one of the regional stations of the bureau at Bhowali (Uttarakhand). I have nine years of experience in field crops and have been associated with plant genetic resources for the last four years. Currently involved in the exploration, collection and conservation of crop diversity of Uttarakhand state. Also working on mainstreaming of the local agro-biodiversity through on-farm conservation, its utilization and upscaling the livelihood support.
