Saketh Ram Mamidala was born in Kitchener, ON, Canada. He did his bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MSRIT, India and obtained the master's degree in Micro and Nano Systems from TU Chemnitz, Germany. He carried out research at IMEC, Leuven Belgium and was with TNO / Holst Center, the Netherlands as a research student. He is now a PhD student at the Dept. of Electrical and Information Technology, Lund University, Sweden. His current research interests are in thin film transistors, nanowire low power transistors and neuromorphic circuits.
