Moritz Kleinert

Moritz Kleinert received the master's degree from TU Berlin, Berlin, Germany, and the Ph.D. degree for his work on the hybrid integration of graphene in Fraunhofer HHI's photonic integration platform for novel optoelectronic devices. He joined Fraunhofer HHI in 2013. He has experiences in the design of III-IV semiconductor optoelectronic devices and integrated optical circuits based on polymer and Si3N4 waveguides. As coordinator of HHI's activities in photonic components for quantum technologies, he is managing several European and national projects. He holds several patents and is author or coauthor of more than 50 papers in international journals and conference contributions.
