个人简介
I use molecular structural biology, biochemistry and chemical biology approaches to obtain atomic-level structural and mechanistic insights into the inner organization and workings of protein catalysts (enzymes). Moreover, I work on development of strategies and tools to specifically modulate enzyme functions using small-molecule ligands or by protein engineering.
