My colleagues describe me as a natural leader, a enthusiastic and creative researcher, but also as someone who flourishes in a multidisciplinary environment. I feel connected to Benedictine leadership, i.e. I like to see myself as the matriarch of the elephant herd. The matriarch acts in the interest of the group, shows coaching leadership and adaptability, is result-oriented, decisive and establishes a clear framework. Trust and cooperation are core values for me.
