Hara Masayuki

Masayuki Hara (Member, IEEE) received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in engineering from Yokohama National University, Yokohama, Japan, in 2003, 2005, and 2008, respectively. From 2008 to 2010, he was a Scientist in microengineering working on the UT-EPFL Joint Lab Project with the School of Engineering, École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Lausanne, Switzerland. He was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Precision Engineering, School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, from 2010 to 2014. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Saitama University, Saitama, Japan. His current research interests include cognetics, robotics/mechatronics, haptics, and cognitive neuroscience.
