His research interests include congenital heart disease, pulmonary arterial hypertension and heart disease and pregnancy. He has served as associate editor, guest editor or reviewer for most major journals in the cardiovascular field. He is also the author of over 150 peer-reviewed publications (including papers in Nature, New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet and Circulation).
