Mahadevan Balasubramaniam received his Master's degree in Computer Science from Mississippi State University in 2003. His research interests include parallel algorithms, load balancing algorithms and heterogeneous computing. He developed a general-purpose dynamic load balancing library for his thesis. Mahadevan is currently enrolled in the Ph.D program in University of New Hampshire with particular emphasis on performance evaluation of storage networks.
