Graduated in Physics with the baccalaureate by the Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo (IFUSP, acronym in Portuguese), in Brazil, between 1992 and 1996. Scholarship of scientific initiation, between 1993 and 1996, associated to the Department of Nuclear Physics, of IFUSP, and funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development(CNPq, acronym in Portuguese), in Brazil. Postgraduate in Nuclear Physics, with Master of Science, funded by CNPq, between 1996 and 1998; PhD in Nuclear Physics, funded by the Foundation for Research Support of the State of São Paulo(FAPESP, acronym in Portuguese) between 1999 and 2002. Post-doctorate in the Commissariat a l 'Energie Atomique (CEA, acronym in French) of Saclay, in France, between 2003 and 2004. Selected, in 2004, by the Juan De La Cierva program of the Ministry of Education and Science (MEC, acronym in Spanish) and hired by the University of Seville (US), of Spain (2004 – 2007). Selected, in 2007, by the Ramón y Cajal program of MEC, and hired by the US (2008 – 2012).
