Lukas Vojtech

Lukas Vojtech (Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunication engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague, Czech Republic, in 2003 and 2010, respectively. From 2006 to 2007, he was with Sitronics Research and Development Centre in Prague, focusing on hardware development. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Telecommunication Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague. Since 2012, he has been participating in Eureka founded projects AutoEPCIS and U-Health (member of the project coordination committees) and national (CZ government) projects NANOTROTEX, BE-TEX, KOMPOZITEX, and RFID LOCATOR. In the last five years, he has acted as a project leader and a member of the project coordination committees. His current research interests include electromagnetic compatibility, radio frequency identification, the Internet of Things, and hardware development. Dr. Vojtech is a member of the IEEE Czechoslovakia Section from year 2011, and the IEEE Region: R8-Europe.
