Céline Lopez-Roques

Céline ROQUES (female), Engineer, works on long reads sequencing. She is part of the team of the core facility GeT-PlaGe and is in charge of NGS projects. She is involved in the technical steps of the projects but also in their conception or methodological developments. She supervises 2 Engineer-Assistant. To acquire an expertise on NGS she began on PacBio RSII and is now on Oxford Nanopore Technologies and PACBIO sequel2. Prior joining INRA in 2015, she has worked at the biomolecular core facility at the “Oncopole” and supervised a team of 5 technicians and the biomolecular activity of tumoral diagnosis. She has published 21 scientific articles
