Our group mainly focused on the mechanisms and biological functions of Long non-coding RNAs in several types of cancer, which include Liver Cancer, Colorectal cancer and prostate cancer et al. In the coming years, we also very interested in the functional conserved Long non-coding RNAs between human and mouse, we try to screen the functional conserved lincRNAs which can be used as therapeutic targets for liver cancer or other liver disease.
