个人简介
My research activity is focused on THz optoelectronics involving 2D materials, quantum cascade lasers and nanostructured devices.
I am currently working on the development of Fast and Sensitive THz detectors based on layered materials heterostructures comprising graphene, hexagonal boron nitride and black phosphorus.
Part of my activity is dedicated to the study of architectures for THz generation based on quantum cascade lasers and their interaction with 2D semiconductors.
