My research interests are of late stage metastatic cancers. I am interested in the identification of cancer and tissue-specific gene drivers. The aim is to develop a comprehensive understand of how these features interplay with histopathological features to give rise to sensitivity or resistance to current chemotherapies, but also to survival and cancer prognosis. We utilise human resections/cell culture and advanced animal models to address these critical questions and identify new treatments.
