Working as Scientist in the Biochemistry & Nutrition Division of ICAR-CIFT since 2015. Research area of interest includes designing food-grade delivery systems for bioactive compounds, screening bio-polymers for various applications, characterization of polymeric materials, rheology of emulsions, developing sustainable extraction protocols, viz, supercritical fluid extraction for isolation of bioactive compounds, exploring the in-vitro release profiles of bioactive compounds etc.
