个人简介
She has Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Master’s degree in Food Science and Ph.D. candidate in Food Science. During her graduation, she participated in the Food Safety and Informal Food Trade research group and acted as a Research Assistant in several projects in Food Science area. She has experience in the Food Science and Technology area, with an emphasis on Chemistry and Food Analysis, as well as in the area of Food and Health Surveillance, acting mainly on the following topics: food quality control, physical-chemical analysis, development and characterization of nanoparticles of carotenoids. She works as a professor in the course of Nutrition in Higher Education Institutions and is currently a substitute professor in the Food Science Department at the School of Nutrition in Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) .
