Larissa Lopes da Cruz

Graduated in Biological Sciences at University of Cuiabá (2009) and Biomedicine at Federal University of Mato Grosso (2016). Specialist in Distance Learning at State University of Mato Grosso (2019) besides Management and Environmental Education at Affirmativo College (2012). Master’s degree in Immunology and Parasitology at Federal University of Mato Grosso (2018). Currently works as a professor at UFMT, PhD student in Tocogynecology Program at Botucatu Medical School of Paulista State University (UNESP) and member of the Experimental Research Laboratory in Gynecology and Obstetrics (LAPGO). The main areas of the group are translational research involving the binomial Diabetes and pregnancy, emphasing on experimental investigation of the pathophysiological mechanisms in the development of diabetic syndrome and its repercussions on pregnancy.
