I discovered the beauty of being a researcher early in my undergrad. That brought my sun from inside out and changed my life! I was always enthusiastic about understanding the effects of different exercise modalities in individuals with cardiovascular disease and risk factors. More recently, I've started exploring the role of wearable technologies in a cardiac rehab setting and became completely passionate about it.
