Hannah Koenker

Dr Koenker has worked in malaria control for over 15 years, and is currently Technical Director at Tropical Health, LLP. She was the Project Director for the PMI-funded VectorWorks Project (2015-2019). She has expertise in ITN distribution through mass campaigns and continuous distribution channels, and conducts research on ITN use, ITN durability, and the impact of SBCC interventions on malaria-related behaviors. She is skilled in program design, management, and monitoring and evaluation, and has designed comprehensive ITN strategies in Tanzania, Ghana, and Mozambique. She provides global leadership on ITN policy issues to WHO, PMI, and Global Fund.
