Her research aims at transforming promising new therapies into clinical environments, with special attention to placental diseases, such as preeclampsia and fetal growth restriction. She has established a cooperative network at home and abroad, and conducted research ranging from exploring the pathophysiology of these diseases to better understanding the new clinical progress, to clinical trials to assess the real potential of improving clinical outcomes.
