Chulki Kim

Chulki Kim received the B.S. degree from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Daejeon, Korea, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison, Madison, WI, USA, in 2011, both in physics. He was a Research Staff Member with the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, Yongin, Korea. He has been with the Sensor System Research Center, Korea Institute of Science and Technology, Seoul, Korea, since 2012, where he is now a Senior Research Scientist. His research interest is nanomechanical single electron transistor and sensor applications of NEMS.
