Bio
My research exploits the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana to elucidate the process and control of cell elongation/expansion in the root, root hairs, etiolated hypocotyl and leaf. This research is based on transcriptome analysis, the use of reverse genetics coupled to molecular biology, several microscopy techniques and extensiometry.
