个人简介
Kwang-Jin Koh was born in Jeju, Korea, in 1972. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Chung-Ang University in 1999, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Korea, in 2001.
In 2001, he joined the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), Daejeon, Korea, where he has been engaged in the research and development of RF and analog CMOS integrated circuits for wireless digital communication systems, especially focused on LNAs, mixers, and driver amplifiers for direct-conversion applications of WCDMA and WLAN 802.11a/b/g systems. Currently, he is involved in the development of high-speed optoelectronic data communication systems. His main research interests are RF front-end CMOS ICs including frequency synthesizers for multiband/multistandard single-chip transceivers and clock and data recovery (CDR) circuits for high-speed data communications.
Mr. Koh received the Best Paper Award from IEEE SSCS/EDS Seoul Chapter at the 2002 System on a Chip (SoC) Design Conference, Korea.
